Engraved on this seal is a four-winged, bearded god standing with both arms raised. He wears a knee-length kilt beneath a long robe, which is open to reveal one leg. Filling the remaining space of the seal is a three-line inscription in Neo-Elamite cuneiform.
For another Neo-Elamite seal with a single four-winged figure and inscription see no. 76 in H. Pittman and J. Aruz, Ancient Art in Miniature: Near Eastern Seals from the Collection of Martin and Sarah Cherkasky.
