Alma joined the Post-War & Contemporary Art team in London in 2004, having previously worked in a museum in London and with an art dealer in Geneva. Alma is an Israeli-Swiss national and graduated with a BA from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2001 and with an MA from the Courtauld Institute of Art in 2002, having specialized in German Expressionist Art. Alma has a specialist interest in Italian art "Arte Povera", particularly in works by Alberto Burri and Giuseppe Penone. Alma is also interested in the parallel development in American Art in the 1950s and 1960s.
