Laetitia Catoir joined Christie's in 1998 and was appointed Head of the Post-War and Contemporary Day Sale in London in 2001. Hugely instrumental in the ongoing growth and success of the Post War & Contemporary Art Day Sales, Laetitia now focuses on the London Post War & Contemporary Art Evening Sales. She works particularly on business-getting in France, Germany and Scandinavia and also has a key role in the Italian sale. Laetitia has a specialist interest in Italian and French Post-War art and she holds an MA from Ecole du Louvre in Paris in Museum Studies, and MA in History of Art from the Sorbonne Paris, specialising in Old Master Painting (18th French Painting).
