The first woven in two shades of yellow, grey and cream, decorated with alternating solid bands and bands enclosing zig zag and serrated motifs, the second woven in two shades of yellow, grey, cream and green, decorated with two wide bands of linked serrated diamonds alternating with solid bands, the rug dye chart showing eleven plant dyes including sumac, pinion pitch, ocher, brigham tea, wild walnut shell, juniper mistletoe, green grounsel, red onion skin, brown onion skin, purple bee plant, juniper berries, alder bark, snake weed and cliff rose, made by Ella Meyers
