A Christian Hacker dolls' house
of painted wood, in three sections with three bays and two stories with attic, opening at the front in two sections and roof removing to reveal six rooms, staircase and landing, windows at the back of the first floor, original wall and floor papers, kitchen dresser, range and interior doors -- 33in. (84cm.) high, 28in. (71cm.) wide and 15½in. (19cm.) deep, with Hacker stamp on base and pencil mark Z 138/6 (some window glass needs refitting, some woodworm in roof and one knot hole, balcony and door bell missing, house dusty and roof paper has water mark and is faded)

Lots will be available for collection following transfer to Cadogan Tate from the Monday following the sale and every week-day from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE TO PURCHASERS WHO COLLECT THEIR LOTS WITHIN ONE WEEK OF THE SALE.
On the Friday one week after the sale, a transfer and administration charge of £17.50 per lot will be payable and a storage charge of £3.00 per lot per day will then come into effect. These charges are payable to Cadogan Tate and are subject to VAT and an insurance surcharge.
