A lady's day dress of white muslin, woven with large checks and printed all over in madder with sprig motifs, the high-waisted bodice with high neck-line, rouching to waist-line and button detailing to the reverse, having full-length sleeves with Vandyke edging to cuffs, the skirt with two Vandyke flounces to hemline, some darning to bodice and some damages, circa 1820
