MARK OF MATTHEW BOULTON, BIRMINGHAM, 1808
Set on a quatrefoil shaped base with hairy paw feet, the base with chased foliage and with central palm, rising to a central frame with lion's masks, acanthus, and reeding, the apron with rosettes and scrolls, set with a cut glass central dish, and four scroll arms with cut glass dishes, the base engraved with a crown and the monogram CR, marked on each branch bezel
