A FLUTED FULL ARMOUR IN THE MAXIMILIAN STYLE OF CIRCA 1520
19TH CENTURY
Comprising close helmet with bellows visor, hinged gorget of two lames front and rear, breast-plate of globose form with movable arm gussets and lance rest, skirt of three lames carrying a pair of short tassets, matching back plate, full arm defences, mitten gauntlets, and full leg defences including 'bear paw' sabatons: on a fabric covered stand together with a two hand processional sword in German early 17th century style (2)
