Contemporary red morocco, spines with green morocco labels, sides with roll-tooled border with palmettes in gilt, gilt edges, green coated endpaper (rebacked preserving the original spines, gilt edges, label removed from front covers, some wear). Provenance: Alexandra Feodorovna, Empress Consort (1798-1860; bookplate) -- Rumiantsev Museum Library (title stamp) -- B.E. Eliseev (title stamp and shelf-marks).
