Circular on four shell, scroll and acanthus leaf feet, the re-shaped border cast and chased with grape vines, shells, artichokes, foliate scrolls, lionesses and snakes, the centre chased with stylized parakeets, butterflies, foliate scrolls and flowers and applied with a silver oval boss engraved with a viscount's coronet
