The rectangular top with ribbon-twist edge, above a pierced frieze of interlaced lozenges and ribbons, on square blind-fret legs headed by lappets

The pierced interlaced ribbon and lozenge frieze closely relates to that on a mahogany side table in the dining-room at Birr Castle, Co. Offaly (see. M. Girouard, 'Birr Castle, Co. Offaly - II', Country Life, 4 March 1965, fig. 7).
