Contemporary paper wrappers, printed label on spine, recent manuscript label on front cover (wrappers chipped and long clean tear along bottom of lower joint), uncut and partly unopenend. Provenance: A.P.M. de Kluus (bookplate of verso of half title, stamp on front cover and half title). FIRST EDITION of one of the most extensive treatises on rural architecture at that time.
