The handle formed as a double-facing head of a spaniel, the domed base chased in relief with scrollwork and flowers, the cornelian matrix with engraved crest and initials -- 1¼in. (3.3cm.); and a further gold-cased fob seal, the handle with stamped owls within a scrolled design, the cornelian matrix with carved male bust study -- 1 3/8in. (3.5cm.)
