Such candelabra were a speciality of Benjamin Vulliamy, 'Furniture Man' to George, Prince of Wales, later future George 1V and related candelabra at Brighton Pavilion are dated 1807 and inscribed 'Designed and Executed by Vulliamy & Son' (R.Smith, Vulliamy and the Kinnaird candelabra', Apollo, 1997, pp 30-34).
