专家说明

This is a remarkable bronze for its bold presence and relatively large size. A rare feature is the tiara and head band incorporating diminutive seated Buddhas; for a further discussion and a figure of Vajrasattva incorporating a similar headdress, see M. Lerner and S. Kossak, The Lotus Transcendent, Indian and Southeast Asian Art from the Samuel Eilenberg Collection, 1991, cat. no. 133, p. 172f.
