专家说明

For both an English delft dish decorated in the 'rustic' style of Bernard Palissy, the reverse initialed 'I/EA' and dated 1638 and for a French Palissy style prototype, see Bernard Rackham, Catalogue of The Glaisher Collection of Pottery & Porcelain in the Fitzwilliam Museum Cambridge, Woodbridge, 1987, Vol. I, p. 179, no. 1399 and Vol. I, p. 228, no. 1809 and Vol. II, pl. 135B. Also see Louis L. Lipski and Michael Archer, Dated English Delftware, Tin-Glazed Earthenware 1600-1800, London, 1984, p. 38, no. 92, cl. pl. I. for the dated example.
