A RARE PALE GREEN OVERLAY 'SNOWSTORM' GLASS BOTTLE

Although the contrast here is subtle for an overlay, the color of the relief plane is extremely rare and the carving unusually well rounded. This fits into a broad group of wares, many of which have this subject, which appears to date from the mid-eighteenth century and have been made for the Court.
