The annual medal for 1637 shows the Battistero Lateranense, also called the Battistero Constantino, which was greatly enriched by Urban. Some decoration work had been undertaken for the jubilee year in 1625, and in this year more painting and sculpture was added. Bartolotti notes 453 medals struck in silver.
