Accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1943 and its subsequent sale on 23 September 1943. It is thought that it has never been offered in public before.

Production of reference 1450 was launched in 1940. The model is illustrated in Patek Philippe Wristwatches by M. Huber & A. Banbery, 1st edition p. 113, pl. 158, 2nd edition p. 137, pl. 196 and in Armbanduhren by G. Negretti, F. Nencini, p. 217, pl. 156-157.
