Pyke Koch (Dutch, 1901-1991)

The theatre project 'In Holland staat een huis' was part of the festivities of Princess Juliana and Prince Bernhard's notice of their intended marriage in 1937. This design of a clouded sky was used as a decor for the prologue of the theatre piece. Allegedly Koch has also made designs for the first and second act. Unfortunately these have never been found.
