A well engineered 2½in. gauge model of the 4-6-2 Pacific Locomotive and Tender 'Ted', built by D.J. Unwin, 1938 with advice from L.B.S.C. with brazed superheated copper boiler with combustion chamber and cross tubes and fittings including water and pressure gauges, safety, blower, whistle and clack valves. Chassis details include two outside cylinders with Baker valve gear and one inside with Gresley conjugated valve gear, fluted connecting and coupling rods, ratchet operated lubricator, twin eccentric driven feed pumps and by-pass, vacuum operated brake gear and whistle.
